Recently moved from Florida to Monticello this was my first time at the emergency room for both of my children. “Pink eye” When you have small children, you visit the emergency room often… The receptionist was extraordinaryyy fantastic short woman with glasses, soft voice!!! Especially towards my youngest, who is special needs autistic and has a lottt of sensory he’s very hard to deal with she did everything she could to accommodate us Everyone was so nice The nurse offered us juice and crackers wonderful after waiting in th... read more
Amazing ER. Straight forward check-in, not crowded at all. Quick service and overly friendly staff. I’m not from the area but if I was this would be my go to ER
If you're getting a X-ray here, results my gut comes a few days later. Otherwise nurses are awesome
