The staff is wonderful and very caring I love i !
The ER was good — (October ‘25) thorough, for me an adult, until shift change. Then the night staff came on, and everyone was rude, abrupt, and mean. They rushed me out without answers, bullied repeat patients by criticizing their choices (well within earshot of other patients), and I overheard a significant number of HIPPA violations. The imaging by earlier staff, before 7, is the only reason they got two stars. For my child(3), in July ‘25— TERRIBLE ! Overnight shift, there due to breathing issues. Extremely long, wait times
Very long wait
Recently moved from Florida to Monticello this was my first time at the emergency room for both of my children. “Pink eye” When you have small children, you visit the emergency room often… The receptionist was extraordinaryyy fantastic short woman with glasses, soft voice!!!
