Incompetent staff. Patients seen by severity of illness which makes sense, but the nurses don’t know how to categorize properly. Dealing with possible septic arthritic knee and they call someone else with mild symptoms that arrived two hours after Me. They will get sued eventually.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but it is obvious that I am unable to do so. I was seen at the ED by Sr. Alexia Motal - my complaint, left lower pelvic pain that had been going on for about 2 weeks, I was unable to eat, sleep, sit, I was swollen, and at times unable to get out of bed. Dr. Motal ordered the basic bloodwork, chest x-ray and a CT Scan w/IV Contrast. THIS EMERGENCY ROOM DESERVES 0 STARS!!!! My husband was having excruciating pain on his side back and shoulder he had gallbladder removal surgery literally a month ago no pain meds or anything were working for this pain so that’s why we went to make sure everything was ok. at first we went to urgent care and they told us we need to go to the ER immediately because he shouldn’t be in this much pain at this point which makes sense. My wife has been there 3 times in as many days and is about to go in for a 4th. She has a serious problem with her gastrointestinal system. They have a GI doctor they can call if need be. Instead, they have given her a Catscan, blood work, pain medication (except of course, no opiods that would actually help with the pain), and an ultrasound. My husband had severe pain in both his legs.We were in the ER from 12 in the afternoon till 12 midnight.The initial waiting to be seen was not an enjoyable experience.Once we were in a room and my husband was being seen and treated, I have to say was very helpful. There wasa Physicans Assistant that was an angel. She explained everything in detail, checked on us consistently, and talked to us before she got off her shift at 12.She was awesome
