* to whoever left a reply - you stated to send an email outlining my name, dates, experience but neglected to leave an email. So just exactly are you "going to look into this" if you don't leave the proper channels so that a response can in fact be sent? Or is that part of the "you tried" and only as far as "you're" willing to "look into this" speil? It would be beyond exceptional if patients concerns were addressed.
