I’ve been in this pediatric er unit twice already, and both times I was amazed by how kind, caring, and loving everyone was. Every person we encountered treated the patients with so much compassion and truly went above and beyond to make sure they were comfortable and well cared for. You can genuinely feel that the people here care about what they do. I’m incredibly grateful for everyone in this unit. They deserve all the recognition and appreciation in the world
Awful experience. Nurses were so rude and were laughing and joking on The person I was there with. She was drugged and they didn’t check her vitals give her IV fluids or ran any tests. They just kept asking what she took and nurses were repeatedly told them that She doesn’t take drugs never have They just laughed and asked her what she took so they can take some. They also were telling her to stop hooting and hollering. This person of mine could have gotten worse. The disrespect and unprofessionalism.
The term "emergency" implies urgent care for patients; why call it an emergency department if you arrive with an emergency and are made to wait more than eight hours? Something is seriously wrong with your services.
I have had the worst hospital experience of my life. I've been in the emergency room for over five hours after being rear-ended in a motor vehicle accident. My back is in severe pain and cramping, and I'm having trouble breathing, yet I'm still waiting to be seen because there are no available rooms. It's incredibly frustrating and concerning to be left waiting this long while in pain and struggling to breathe.
