Absolute trash! Have been here for 6 hours and still have not been seen by a doctor. The wait times are completely unacceptable. There’s dozens of people scattered in the halls because there are not enough ER beds. Family members aren’t able to see patient’s who are in the hallway because of overcrowding. Someone needs to intervene, the mayor, the governor, anybody! Don’t come here!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Boston Medical Center. My medical journey started with my primary care provider at Fenway. Because of my severe back pain and difficulty standing and walking, I was advised to go to Urgent Care. I then went to an Urgent Care in Quincy from approximately 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. They were unable to provide the evaluation or testing I needed and advised me to go to an Emergency Department that could perform more advanced testing. I have been here since 10:06, approximately 2 hours and 54 minutes is crazy Although my wrist was X-rayed, my lower back and buttock—both injured in my fall—have not been evaluated at all. These injuries remain unaddressed, despite my reporting them. The delay is unacceptable, and the lack of attention to these potentially serious injuries is concerning. Non customer service. Assistant representant don’ t treat member well. They don’ t verify your insurance and tell you they don’ t see it in the system. Waiting time long Emergency, they asked you if you have breakfast and if you didn’ t they said ok i give you some snacks. But they forgot and wait on a IV and after didn’ t have food. There' s a lot of good doctors, medical assistant but some of them hardly work. The lunch at the 2 floor is bad and expensive. $14.99 for it.
