Terrible experience here. Only triage was manageable. People are lying around all over in beds doesn’t seem organized. There’s no help button in the room, no tv and asked for water and crackers multiple times and was given nothing. I came to get drains taken out and they refused to help me. The best medical state in the U.S. and I live here and no one would help me. The plastic surgeons refused to come down to the ER to help me. Brought my mother to BMC clinic for back pain, they sent her to emergency room due to concerns regarding an ekg test they performed, for further investigation. I left to get her water, upon return they had taken her to the back. I had no access to my mother going on 3 hours and no updates. There was staff in registration and security who were not competent to assist.
