I just moved here from Indiana and hadn’t set up a dentist or PCP yet. I went into the ER with a bit of a dental emergency, and Dr. Sutherland and all the nurses working the day of 6/5/26 were ROCK STARS! Me being in the med field for 15 years I loved how Dr. Sutherland was attentive, made sure to start with the least invasive or “harmful” meds for pain management as he could before needing to try another option for pain relief. Go in with a fractured ankle and torn ligaments. Had to ask for them to wrap it and they wouldn't even give me anything for pain or set me up with a referral to an ortho. Called the next day to see if they could do anything about pain and they said id have to pay another er bill to be seen just to get anything prescribed. What a waste of time and money. Absolute worst hospital or even just medical experience ever
