If possible always go to Asension Gulf and not Asension Bay. The way I was treated at Asension Bay was near criminal: A nurse named Lauren was probably the meanest and worse nurse I have ever known. In the ER. Asension Gulf just the opposite. Efficient and empathetic.
I love the Port St Joe Ascension Sacred Heart location. The ER was so thorough with testing to diagnose my health issue and all the staff were so kind and pleasant. The specialty and primary care is wonderful too.
Best Emergency Room in the area. Wonderful caring people
Dr . Gary Pablo treated me for a severe asthma attack and immediate results were felt. He had a great personality and was very relateable & personable. Add professionalism & competency to that equation to result in a wonderful medical professional. Chaka the respiratory therapist was also very friendly, competent & professional while administering my breathing treatments. Highly recommended this facility for their services,
