Nursing staff was great. The doctor on duty was as rude as any doctor I’ve ever had to deal with. Ms. Shah needs some lessons in manners and compassion.

Our daughter’s foot was slashed by a crab in the ocean and even though we had cleaned it thoroughly there was still swelling the next day. This emergency center was wonderful. The check in process was easy. There was a nice waiting area. The medical staff was kind, professional and efficient. Everything was clean and it looked new. They told us we were correct to come in because the swelling indicated that she probably needed an antibiotic just to ensure that the cut heals well.
