Something about their attitude and the way patients are treated here doesn't set well with many people. The staff call police daily because of angry patients who are unhappy with the disrespect shown to them. That makes other patients and people accompanying them feel unsafe and a little frightened. Unhappy and frustrated patients leave, often times wearing only a hospital gown or scrub pants. We see them running away on Park and Elm Streets. Brought a family member in not knowing if they were severely dehydrated or having a heart attack. I understand severe cases are looked to first, but when you can see the staff of nurses and doctors all standing around laughing and joking at the counter and not attending to anyone, then making the family member wait 4 hours before giving them what they need, its ridiculous. Horrible, I went there to be treated/ have an issue fixed , instead they hold me for 2 hours just to give me 1 prescription of meds and charge me over 2000$ . Well here’s the thing . I went there to be treated , at which did not happen. Whatever they did aka prescribe me meds . Is on them . I will pay for being treated . I was not treated so I am not paying . And i highly highly encourage others to do the same . PAY FOR WHAT YOU GO THERE FOR . Nothing else. No side shit.
