Horrible, I went there to be treated/ have an issue fixed , instead they hold me for 2 hours just to give me 1 prescription of meds and charge me over 2000$ . Well here’s the thing . I went there to be treated , at which did not happen. Whatever they did aka prescribe me meds . Is on them . I will pay for being treated . I was not treated so I am not paying . And i highly highly encourage others to do the same . PAY FOR WHAT YOU GO THERE FOR . Nothing else. No side shit.
Great staff for such a small facility.
Very rude, unpleasant nurses haunt the emergency department at night. One could see them working for the Gestapo. The doctors seriously need lessons in personal hygiene, one smells like a public toilet. That's you, Hussein.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have been having issues with my hearts rhythm. Skyrocketed to 161 today out of nowhere. Felt awful and was advised to go to the ER. Went here because massena doesn't want to help anyone. Took 1 hr to get in to malone. Nurse finally got me in a room and did a horrendous job hooking up the EKG. Didn't listen to me telling her my symptoms. Another nurse came in and basically did the same and never acknowledged my issues. She leaves and then I wait.
