One, if not the best, emergency room experiences. The staff truly listens to your issues. They are very efficient as well. Great with after care!
Honestly, always had a decent experience here with my kids. My husband had to go in for a gallbladder attack recently and the “care” or lack of that we received was inadequate, unprofessional and sad to see for our community. We understand how triage works but when you have a patient in so much pain they are vomiting and can’t sit through an ultrasound, I’d think you’d do something to make them comfortable and use compassion as a nurse to find what they need. Horrible. Went in because I couldn't walk and the moment the doc came in you could tell he didn't care. Told me it's sprained and sent me on my way. No crutches..no wrap..nothing.
