I'm only giving 1 star because I'm forced to give the 1 star to make a review. I wish I could give 0. I do want to shout out Carlee, the nurse, who was the only person who seemed to give any amount of concern and bedside manner during this experience. Other than her, this whole thing sucked. I lived in Gladwin my whole childhood, and had been to this ER several times with minimal issue. Sat in a room with my wife for about seven hours and didn't even see a doctor. Nobody asked about pain or medications.
Dr. COFFEE HAS NO BUSINESS PRACTICEING AS A DR. The whole staff tonight in the emergency room honestly needs to be fired. The check in lady that was bothered that I came in and acted like I wanted pain pills when I finally told her I don't want any pills I want to feel better and have this infection treated. Then the so called Dr. Comes in and trys to treat me like I have the flu.
