My husband and I are so extremely grateful and appreciative to those wonderful souls at Redlands Emergency. My husband has been admitted twice over a few days with concerning symptoms. He was seen immediately both times with a team of doctors and nurses who really listened and acted with professionalism and immense kindness. If you’re looking at this review please go to the modern emergency. Do not enter this place. This is the worst emergency I’ve ever heard in my life. I went in there presented with severe stomach cramps and vomiting.. Babysitting the waiting room for hours vomiting while everybody else couldn’t handle and walk outside. I asked to be put into a separate room or maybe a bed to lay down. This was impossible for them. They told me to go outside. So I went outside and laid on the grass out in the rain thank you. I recently visited the Emergency Department due to severe gallbladder pain. From the moment I arrived, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The nurses were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive — making a stressful experience much more manageable. The doctors were thorough, informative, and reassuring throughout the entire process.
