August 14 th 2025. These 5 stars are for the excellent, hardworking staff ONLY. They were very efficient and I was seen and discharged in 4 1/2 hours after examination, bloods, CAT scan etc. The ER gets one because it looked like my garage, with beds, medical equipment and garbage bins piled everywhere. Not forgetting the dust and medical debris on the floor. My gurney had a FLY bouncing around and a BLOOD stain on the railing. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Where are the janitorial staff? I understand that people who have had bad experiences are likely to dominate the reviews, and individuals like me who have encountered nothing but professionalism and incredibly nice nurses, specialists and doctors might not take the time to write. I’d like to right the balance, though. I registered and was triaged within 20 minutes. From that time onwards — although it took a few hours — I received first-rate care.
