Terrible my sister had mental health issues we got there at six we finally got out at almost 12 but the thing is the in patient the tried to put her in was either a place where they beat people or somewhere all the way in Ohio I know they have things to do but waiting till almost midnight to get help is absolutely ridiculous

Terrible wait times, rude nurses.
This place is the worst I wish it would get new owners they are slow and they dont care about people my 8 year old should not have to wait 5 hours to still not be seen for a broken arm we left and went to bay city seen right away midland er is the worst dont go there!
