The guy on the help desk was very rude.. highly unprofessional and used profanity words on recorded call. Surely the services are good but that one guy on help desk needs to learn how to talk to customers over the phone.

I called and was greeted in a friendly manner. He sent in an antibiotic that was ready within 25 minutes. The next day I’m already doing somewhat better and the pain is much duller. Thank you!

Dr. Oswick as well as his very kind and compassionate assistant Marci, helped me get all of the dental work I so desperately needed as I had not been to a dentist in over 20 years.
