What amazing service! From walking in the door to sitting down with Dr Simon. Dr Simon was so patient with me, I was so nervous and he put me at ease. Answered all my questions with compassion. Showed me the correct way to brush and floss, thought all these years I was doing it correctly. With a few tweaks, I’m confident with my new technique. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.
I had a great experience here, I had brought my Grandfather in for a both a clean and two implants at this dental centre, he had some bad experiences previously due to bad operations in Thai land so as a result he had some previous anxiety coming to this surgery, but as soon as we walked into place we were greeted with friendly and welcoming words and smiles, the receptionist Gorge was very easy to talk between him and my Grandfather which seem to give him comfort for the surgery. Came by last week for an emergency appointment after hours, they fit me in with no problem. They were so efficient and professional throughout the whole procedure. I was very anxious to see the dentist due to past experiences but everyone at the residence made me feel comfortable. Dr. Simon Khalil was very helpful in easing my anxiety. The receptionist George was so welcoming despite the inconvenience of my late visit. Just want to say how amazing all of the staff were on that night.
