Thanks Henry for answering all my questions about my insurance and getting me an appointment.
I called them to set an appointment for a broken tooth. I gave them all my information and they found an appointment for me, but the lady in the phone didn’t consider me serious I guess. I was suffering in pain and I looked at this emergency place because it was an emergency, at the end she told me to hold on. I waited on the phone for more than 40 minutes until I had to hang out. She didn’t care and I ended up going to a different place. Be Aware of this place, I hope the lady gets fired because this is not ok.
Moved to Houston from Austin awhile ago. I wasn't sure who to go to when I broke my tooth. One of the neighbors in my building recommended this place and I'm glad I listened. Would recommended.
It was Carla that took my call. And she was able to set up an appointment for the early morning. I was dealing with a toothache that was coming and going for hours. They did a good job making sure it went away for good.
