If I could give a 0 that's what it would be. Husband has tooth ache called this place up first person hung up on him. Second person said they set a appointment up for him. Got email about a call back follow up call at 630am. Called to find out what was going on they asked up bunch of questions all the same as first 2 times. Just spoke with the referral, If you don’t have insurance or have any other insurances you don’t know about you that you can not use for dental, they will not operate on you. If you need to be seen immediately they make you book an appointment to secure a spot for a place you don’t know where you are going, the fee is 25 dollars and refundable. I had an issue in my gums. We spoke with the front office staff and they took their time and responded to all my insurance issues. The appointment went very well and it’s all fixed up.
Was able to walk right in during the evening and get my son's tooth fixed. Fast, friendly professional service!
