This place is terrible, especially to veterans. They only care to receive payment for treating a veteran but not to help one. I live 40 mins away had to get child care for this rescheduled appointment at 10am just for no one to be there. I waited an hour while otp with the VA and even the VA couldn't get in contact with them. Then the owner tried to lie to the VA & say they were there since 9. They also over book people, don't go here if you care about your time!
Whatever woman answered the phone hung up on me TWICE and claimed to have no facilities in my STATE when the website listed two in my same city.
Very friendly and comforting staff. They made my painful negative situation as much of a positive experience as it could have been. Will always recommend
Amazingly Professional and these people have the Biggest Heart!
