You can't reach anyone at all no matter how many times you call.
Do not waste your time on calling because they will just transfer you and be held on ringing for way too long!!! Dentist are scammers! They don’t care you’re in pain and their call center workers aren’t even American!!!
They advertise they are a 24/7 emergency dental service. No one even answered the phone let alone provide any service. Don’t waste your time.
I called because I have an extreme abscess in my face that has my face e swollen to the point my eye is almost closed. As soon as I I said no insurance they told me there's no dentist in northern Kentucky that can help me and basically hung up on me.
