Great staff and really nice office. Booking was a great easy and fast process and they even got me in an hour early on a Saturday. He explained my situation beautifully and they were quick and very professional. They made my 8yo feel comfortable and allowed her to participate a little and she even got to check out the treasure box. Definitely going back if I ever have the need.
Contacted TED after a week of pain and inflammation in my wisdom tooth and heard back almost immediately despite it being the weekend. Dr Ravindran and Cassandra were exceptional during my appointment; they made sure I was comfortable and helped me work through an anxiety attack before extracting the wisdom tooth. I was in and out in around an hour. Definitely recommend if you need emergency dental treatment.
Great service. I was on severe pain last night, I sent them an email and they hit back to me very fast. I scheduled the appointment online and I came this morning and they took care of me. They offer great financing available. Same as cash for 24 month. Very very friendly enviroment. Cassandra and Dr. Ted were excellent
Great service and very friendly, took my sister there Sunday for a really bad tooth ache. I was trying to find a dentist that was open on weekends since Saturday and finally found it Sunday morning I was a little worried when asked for payment upfront but once we got there they treated my sister so well and the assistant spoke Spanish that was a plus thank you so much for been able to help her.
I emailed them on Monday for an emergency root canal and they were able to fit me in for Wednesday! Great staff, I felt super comfortable throughout the procedure. I believe her name was Cassandra, she was absolutely fantastic! Dr. Ravindran was very honest & did everything he could to help me with the procedure. Throughout the procedure, he even asked me about my drive & my occupation (He knew I was driving from Rocky Mount & even already knew my occupation from the form I filled out).
