very professional and kind staff. I was in and out and the pain was vert minimal.
The front desk staff was refreshingly kind and especially helpful. The dental assistant was nice and informative. The Dentist Mr Sharp was truly a professional and was very efficient. From walk in to walking out I was very pleased with everyone. It seems counterintuitive but this is a dentist you can look forward to having an appointment with.
The whole staff is great I went in for an exam/ teeth cleaning. Terrific job !!
I made an appointment after being told over the phone that my insurance was accepted. I drove 30+ minutes in rush-hour traffic, left work early, and arrived only to be told my insurance was not accepted. This is not a simple mistake; it’s careless, disrespectful, and a huge waste of my time. I had cancelled a cheaper (half of the price!!!) appointment elsewhere based on your staff’s assurance about my insurance, and now I’m stuck waiting another day to get my tooth fixed.
