Worse and rude person ever the lady refuses to return a car and hangs up the second you call back

Online it says they're in Lansing. When I called the polite lady told me they're in grand ledge. She then told me they were booked out. I wouldn't have called if I knew they were so far away and so busy. They need to fix their information online.
