Emergency Childcare Services has been an invaluable resource for us. As a Preschool Director, maintaining staff ratios is critical, and Tiffany consistently responds quickly and communicates clearly. The substitutes arrive with complete files that meet NC licensing requirements. We've hired several ECS staff over the years and have had great experiences with the substitutes they've provided. I would highly recommend using Emergency Childcare Services if you are in the childcare industry!
I cannot say enough great things about Emergency Childcare Services. They take the time to find sitters who you actually feel comfortable taking care of your children, have fantastic communication, and are so easy to work with. I’m so grateful to have found them!
I'll start with the positives, ECS was great in a turn around for a babysitter, the staff that I spoke with over the phone was very friendly, the sitter was on time, and the sitter was somewhat friendly. The not so great part was that the sitter looked like she had just rolled out of bed and while I'm not expecting business casual I think clean clothes would be ok. We had an amazing experience with Rachel! She worked very hard with my two energetic kids to keep them entertained. She let us know when she was on her way and sent me pics of the kiddos throughout the day to update me. She took the initiatives to go above and beyond what was expected of her. Highly recommend!!
I have used Emergency Childcare Services several times to find placement for our center. They have been quick to respond to our needs for placement. We have found several wonderful additions to our staff. We have even taken advantage of their service for teacher subs, and that has been a pleasant experience for us as well!
