The staff is very friendly and I absolutely loved and enjoyed the therapeutic musician that came by and played a few very soothing songs! We all couldn’t get enough of it 🤩❤️ I hope she comes by again!

Making someone who needs to be seen urgently in the ER go through security where they need to walk through a metal detector, have their bag searched, and be wanded down is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS! I understand it is for the safety of the hospital but I have worked in many emergency departments and know the difference between 2 minutes can be LIFE OR DEATH. Very scary. Please work on this policy.

Ghadah Abujamea is one of the WORST providers I have ever had. She finds joy in humiliating patients because of her status. She offered me toradol that I absolutely cannot have because I have gastritis, gastroparesis and GERD. I came in a lot of pain because of a severe injury and she then offered Tylenol. She used her power to make sure I was in pain for many hours until I asked for the attending and asked for her to be taken off my case. If she comes in to see you IMMEDIATELY ask for someone else.
