They threaten you with security when your nonviolent and asking for a nurse supervisor, since the nurse supervisor doesnt want allow permission for a spouse to stay with their s.o. also leaked H.I.P.P.A to a relative.

I was sent to CCH from urgent care. It was a horrible experience!! I was there for 5+hours for severe abdominal pain. Dr ordered a cat scan which took 5 minutes and some blood work. Not once did anyone check on me to see how my pain level was. The results from the cat scan were in My Chart 45 min after doing the test but it took the Dr 2 hours to come see me. He had no explanation of why I was having pain and recommended seeing a GI doctor. Discharge took another 45 minutes. I will never go back!!
If you have an emergency call an ambulance dont go there.brought my daughter in with chest pain and wait 4 hours it seems that someone is placing these people in line by what think is the most important. In other words someone comes in limping and gets brought right in.aparently a limp requires care over chest pain.
