My wife came for pain in her ribs. Was given a room promptly. X-rays revealed no fracture. Staff was great. We were out in about 2 hours.
I had a fantastic experience here on 6.19.25. Dr. Morriss, was incredible, empathetic and thorough. All the nurses, even registration... I can't say enough good things, or thank you all enough. This is simply the best ER on the west side now. This is now my "go to" ER for our family.
Came late last night with vertigo. One of the most dignified ER visits I’ve had. As a woman it’s often hard to be taken seriously at the doctors, especially if those doctors and nurses are men. Despite my doctor and my nurse both being men I was treated with genuine compassion and care, I was listened to and everything was explained to me in a way I could understand that didn’t feel condescending. Incredibly grateful for the staff and care I received.
Worst place I’ve ever been. Didn’t care about me at all, filled out important paperwork wrong & then refused to fix it. Will never in my life go here again nor recommend it to anyone. 0/10.
