I have unfortunately had to be in numerous ER facilities for many years due to a family member's acute situation. I have NEVER seen such an abominable, dehumanizing and uncaring situation in a US ER as I did today at Good Samaritan in Cincinnati. People with SERIOUS healthcare issues were waiting over SIX HOURS to even get into an ER exam room. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, no matter what the issues or circumstances.
