A nurse named Alexander R was cracking jokes on my non verbal little brother and thought I couldn’t hear him in the hallway, it made me furious..than they forgot about my brother..we was there 7 hours cause he didn’t want to face us..poor hospitality!
The neurology unit is not good. The level of care here is poor. Go to a different hospital if possible.
ER is well run and not as busy as other Hospitals. Every Employee was Polite and Professional. We came by Ambulance and the ER front desk helped procure a Taxi for me the next Morning. Nurses and Staff on floor were helpful and Kind. Thank You Much
Positives: Nursing staff and general friendliness of staff within the hallways. Neuro surgery team was helpful, kind, and informative. Negatives: my mother was admitted as a transfer to neuro to check for an aneurysm or tumor. Neuro care team was dismissive of her requests for the proper dosage of seizure medication (she has epilepsy) and told family that it would be our responsibility to get them the proper prescription amount after 3 days of low-doses and requests.
