This place is a joke. They used to be great years ago. I came in after a few days of having severe back pain, and my urine looked like dark iced tea (blood) They did a CT scan, said I was fine and sent me home with nothing (obviouslyurine isn'tsupposedto be that color and they did nothing to find the source). The next morning it was even worse, I went to Troy Beaumont. Unfortunately experienced what others on here have that nothing is treated like an emergency, and the older woman at the front desk is extremely slow and should not be in this position. She kept forcing people who did not want to verbally, publicly share the reason for their visit in front of the waiting room, which is against HIPPA. She got confused because there was someone else in the system with my same name, but the rest of the medical world goes off of birthdays and has never been confused. The service was Great by all the nurses and doctors, however the Front Desk woman was completely rude when I was asked to call back to update information. She would not disclose her name when asked and ended up hanging up on me!!! Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.
Not tied in to full Henry Ford system. They couldn't access my info.
