I wouldn’t consider this an emergency room but an in and out overpriced urgent care. The multiple bills I got was ridiculous for them to give me an anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxer for severe nerve pain in my neck. They didn’t perform any assessment testing just asked a couple questions, gave me prescriptions, and sent me on my way. Don’t waste your time or money.

I have to vent about 23 Mile and Romeo Ascension because I am honestly beyond frustrated. My father was there in May after an accident and had a CT scan. Fast-forward to now: his neurosurgeon told us to get all of his CT scans, MRIs, ultrasounds, etc. on discs because they will not see him without them. I have collected everything from different hospitals except this one. About a week ago, I went to the main entrance, first-floor radiology desk to request the CT scan on a disc. I’ve been to this ER on a number of occasions for myself or family members, and would highly recommend it for most of your emergency medicine needs. I’ve been here multiple times for kidney stones, and they’re always quick to get me in and start meds. Many thanks to the staff that works here!

I’m very disappointed with my experience at Henry Ford Hospital. On August 13, I went to the Emergency Room because my blood pressure was high and blood work was done as part of my evaluation. The person who drew my blood left me with a large, dark bruise on my arm. Today is August 30 17 days later and the bruise is still clearly visible, and I still have some pain and tenderness when I press on the area. Came in very late the night of June 25. The person at the desk greeting was not friendly whatsoever, very rude. I spent several hours here came in with horrific chest pain so you can imagine that when you’re in such pain that would take you to the ER that you are not in the mood for bad attitudes .The pain lasted six hours until they gave me some sort of cocktail of something, but the pain was in my upper chest and radiating into my back.
