If i could honestly give a zero if i could, Marion is super rude at front desk and when a family member is going through a lot, this is the last thing you want to deal with. She was extremely rude and asking so many questions when it's clearly an emergency. Marion acted as if we were dumb and wasn't saying anything clearly. Save your time and do not come here. She was super nice to the girl after us but was super rude to us. But the doctor was super nice that's the only reason the one star is worth giving.
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the care my father received at your emergency department. On April 1st 2026, my father was brought to your facility with a severe nosebleed that would not stop. Dr. Beverly Jean Huszarik treated him and responded in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. She stated that the bleeding was "normal" and, with noticeable attitude, told us not to come to the ER for such issues. Easy check in. Got a room immediately. Labs and CT scan all done within 30 mins upon arrival. Staff super friendly
I understand that no one wants to be sitting in an ER all day, but I went in for my hand which I will be going elsewhere for a legit opinion because I have deformities and other issues showing that counters what they stated. I got my xray done at 9:02, by 9:08 they were giving me discharge paperwork stating a bruised hand. I have a super high pain tolerance, and a medical background.
