The service was Great by all the nurses and doctors, however the Front Desk woman was completely rude when I was asked to call back to update information. She would not disclose her name when asked and ended up hanging up on me!!! Completely unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

THIS WAS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE OF AN “EMERGENCY ROOM”. What a shame to be such a large operation for that front desk emergency receptionist to be representing it. She was treating her job like it was a retail store, not a medical facility where life or death matters. She would rather leap with joy to see you drop dead in front of her instead of actually helping you receive care. Such an abuse of fake power. I was extremely nervous going to the ER after being sick for two whole weeks since I had a extremely bad experience going to the ER a couple years back where they treated me like I didn't matter. I was having severe sinus pain and also stomach pain, bloating and diarrhea. They got me a room quick enough and got me hooked to IV and pain meds. The nurse that took my blood work was patient and nice. As someone that has tiny veins , and if people don't know what they are doing can bruise my veins really bad. she did a good job! ... read more
