Made an appointment to get a simple a CT done. I understand that there's a merge happening but if ur systems aren't matching then u shouldn't be calling urself Henry Ford (Ascension). I got texts for appointment reminders which is great but there was no address follow up on any of those texts. Just Henry Ford on 23 mile. So I go to the 23 mile on chesterfield and the ladies there are laughing at me because my names not in the system. I was told the merge isn't complete yet. Never again. Dirty conditions. Staff doesn't seem to understand what an emergency is. Not sure ???what has happened to the place, but there are much better places, and clean, and fast.
