Leaving the emergency room after not getting any help. After almost 4 hours of waiting, my wife called me crying that nobody is calling her in to be checked out and everyone who was in waiting room (came after her) already went in and left. People kept coming and their name would be called but not my wife’s name. To treat patients or not shouldn’t be an option. I wish this would happen to their loved ones and maybe they will understand that it’s serious .
I came to Harrington ER not long after I was discharged from Harrington APU (Both miserable places). They told me I would have to wait to see a nurse if I wanted a medication I needed to avoid having a seizure. They told me this the first time I came to the ER that day... :) They told me this the second time I came into the same ER that day.... :) I never saw anyone. I left. Twice. The worst hospital in Massachusetts, the patient care is the worst, they leave you waiting for hours without attending to you, it's not good
