I have been to the emergency room at St Luke's downtown multiple times and with several different family members. I have always been treated well. Horrible experience went in for a severe cornia burn in excruciating pain and they made me sit for almost 2 hours. I could have lost my sight had I not left and got immediate care at St. Alphs up the road. I will never suggest anyone come here. The nurses were neglectful and the wait was insane for trauma patients. This place should be shut down
Had a terrible experience in the emergency room with Dr Mark Hopkins. He was very rude and disrespectful and even rolled his eyes at me. I do not reccomend going to this er if you can help it. This dr gave me extreme anxiety. Also they have cameras in the emergency rooms but they have no voice recording apparently from what the nurse told me which sketches me out as well.I cant remember my nurses name but she had dark hair and glasses and was very rude as well. It was also not busy and I waited over 2 hours to get help.
