Thanks everyone for taking great care of my boy. The whole staff from the reception and CNA's to the RN's and Docs were nice, helpful and empathetic. Thank you again for being helpful.

This was quite possibly one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I brought my daughter here to be evaluated. When he got here we were told she had to provide an THIRD urine sample. When I ansked what to with it when we brought it back I was told to leave it on the sink. After being taken back for an ultrasound she was brought back to her room-nobody checked on her for 45 minutes. I had to re attach the vital sign equipment myself. The M.D.looked just like my old friend Randy McFarland…an infamous guitar player. I hope he does not smoke…He also looked like Scott Glen in The Hunt For Red October. He was responsible He did not want me to take anything toxic for pain. I swear there was a guy that looked so much like Brad Pitt I lost my train of thought. My wife went in today with a severe breakout on her skin. They admitted her just to refer her to a dermatologist, which we’ve already done. She couldn’t get in for another month and she went in hopes they would at least get a blood test. No IV, no blood testing, and they put her in quarantine even though her previous biopsy said she wasn’t contagious. This isn’t her first awful experience with this ER.
