If I could leave a -5 stars I would. My Dad went to the emergency room last night with a ruptured disc. His pain level was a 10 out of 10. He’s a man that’s had teeth pulled without Novocain. My Mom drove him to the ER with the seat lying completely flat. When they got there, my Mom went to the front desk and asked if they could meet him at the car with a stretcher. Even if I was dying, I wouldn't go back to this place. They will give you an absolute run-around with no resolution. Each department will tell you something different, no one seems to know the policies. What an incredible waste of resources.

Apparently it is a great inconvenience to the hospital for patients to come here. From the moment I arrived at the ER, the communication was non existent, the attention and service poor, and God forbid you ask for directions or information because you will be pointed somewhere else with an eye roll or scoff

Just left here not too long ago after my husband seeing Dr Simms. He presented with leg weakness, severe back pain and almost collapsing along with other symptoms of spinal concern. Initially he just wanted to push pain meds and we had to advocate for a MRI, that came back ok according to the Dr even though bloodwork was elevated but apparently that’s “normal”.
