Absolutely terrible. Me and my girlfriend went there to go see her to get her help for her cramps at 7 PM. We waited there till three in the morning and I had to leave in orders to get to work for the next day. They are terrible. We waited there and we waited there And from what I heard apparently there was only one single doctor on staff that was able to do anything for anybody but all my girlfriend literally needed was an ultrasound and a medical check up on her blood that was it all she really needed was pain relief medic... read more
Worst ER visit ever dirty sheets no help from the Doctors nurse was ok and 7 hours wait time. Never will I go back to this ER.
Absolutely horrible ER. We’re 10 hours into our visit and have barely gotten anything accomplished. And the entire ER is super quiet and doesn’t seem busy at all, yet no one checks on you for hours unless you use the call button. My mom is suffering so horribly and it feels like we are completely invisible. Christus St Vincent is 10x the emergency room as this place. Will absolutely NEVER ever come back here and I truly warn you all to STAY AWAY.
