On Thursday night of last week, I was taken to HCA West Memorial Hospital following a car accident. Upon arrival at the ER, I was told to sit in the waiting area and remained there the entire night without ever being placed in a room. All personal and medical information, including my test results, was discussed openly in the lobby with no privacy.
