I've had to go here 2 times and both times it seems like they are adequately staffed and fairly quick.
Terrible! Arrived on a monday night just after 6:00. I came in with severe back pain radiating through my pelvis and hips. Struggling to walk and stand. They left me in pain in the waiting room now for going into 3 hours. They have triage calling people back, and getting their info with doors wide open. total hipaa violation! Lack of care, many patients walked in 2 hours after me yet got rooms to sit in while they just have me sitting in the lobby, not a care in the world. Save your time. By far the worst hospital I have ever been to. The provides don't listen to the patient. Had a nurse inform they don't care. The staff for the most part are rude and non-compassionate.
Dr was great when I finally saw him. Nurses seemed to all stand around talking to each other instead of working. Took over 5 hours before anyone came into my room and that was only after I got up and went out asking for help for the third time.
All er people were amazing. Sam from surgery was very nice. Steve that brought me down to surgery was very inappropriate he stated that I was giving him a show. Made my husband very mad. I did not receive any discharge paper work.
