I brought my daughter in late last night! She had something in her eye that I couldn't get out. Took her in they got the object removed from her eye, they explained the entire process before they did it, so that she knew what to expect. I won't take my children anywhere else.
The entire staff was disgustingly rude to me from the moment I arrived. The receptionist acted as if it was an inconvenience to help me and had an attitude the entire time. One of the male nurses that took us back asked me rhetorical questions when I was explaining my concerns, and was making faces at the other nurses in the room when I got done speaking. I went to er in pain, I was very grouchy, the staff drowned me with kindness . It was a good experience .every one was great and got me feeling good again
