I can’t thank you all enough for the patience you had with my daughter she was in extreme pain from her ear and super fussy sleepy and you all made her feel seen and comfortable talking to her through the whole process I appreciate your compassion!
The staff was absolutely amazing. But there was no blood work or anything done to see what was really going on, and I am still constantly suffering and having to go to another doctor with more cost.
All in all my experience was very good. All of the personnel where extremely professional and comforting. There was however a mistake made. It may have happened because it was a shift change. I was given a Chat Scan for a possible stroke. I was there for breathing problems and lung tightness. I received the test for the other patient in ER. My Doctor Phillips was excellent. He apologized for the mistake and informed me that I would not be billed for that Cat Scan. He was very comforting and he explained everything to me conc... read more
The front staff greeter was the kindest soul. Such a sweet doll and very helpful. ER was very clean the issue is the doc didn’t want to hear. I was the only patient. I was checked out in 15 min told good to go. I wasn’t good to go. I told him I had a kidney infection. I know my body, I’ve had them before. He told me he didn’t think so but didn’t and wouldn’t test. I should have been firm and used my voice but with a 101 temp my body was miserable. Wow, highly impressed with the staff at this location. All were kind, smiling when greeting and quick. It’s scary going to an ER, you never know what you’ll get, but this was a 10 star experience. Cleanliness was up to par too! Good job staff, and thank you for taking such care of my wife. I do need to update, while still happy with cleanliness, and greeting the doc didn’t listen to my wife.
