I want to preface this by saying that the last time I was there, I had a wonderful, five-star experience. Unfortunately, last night wasn’t quite the same. The care from the nurses was superb, but the doctor acted inappropriately. I had a high blood sugar reading because of a steroid I was on. Instead of a simple “you should get labs in the future” (which he did start with, but unfortunately did not stop there), I got a rant about how all vegetables are chemical warfare and poison, and that I should go completely carnivore.
