I was greeted immediately and with courtesy and concern. The staff kept me informed of every step. They were patient with my anxiety over procedures I had to have performed. Kind, smiling faces and service about as fast as a person could expect. I was there less than 20 minutes and was already evaluated and provided initial steps to bring down my pain and discomfort level. Emergent Care - Totally Amazing. Had what I perceived to be an emergency–type situation at Ascension Elmbrook. The staff there in the Emergency department is like a well-oiled machine that just is amazing. The phlebotomist, who was service-trained, was very calming and proficient. Recommend them very highly. Elmbrook hospital is always my go too. The Emergency medical staff is amazing and caring. The nurses and doctor were great!
