Everyone in the ER was great. After being transferred to a room the care there was great too! Five stars for Ascension St. Thomas West from our experience.
Sorry and very unorganized. They have no system in place. If they are this damn full then lock the door and send us people elsewhere like summit does!!!! I have an 95 yr old aunt that has fallen and no one has even seen her yet. Not acceptable!!! Not at all....
