Awesome place they actually care blows cookeville out of the water everyone who works there seems dedicated to actually helping patients.
We took our daughter here for a broken wrist and she was seen, x-rayed, and treated almost immediately. The staff was great and very kind. This is our second emergency room visit here and I'm grateful for their expediency and skill with these types of emergencies.
My experience was top notch, above and beyond my expectations. From the front desk registration to the nurses and doctor, everyone was exceptional. I really felt heard and like I received the care I needed. Will 10/10 be back for any future needs.
Whole staff did a GREAT job. Everybody was helping one another, very friendly and helpful staff. I was in and out in a very timely manner. Thank you Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands Hospital!
