Admission and the nurses were outstanding in performance, care, and compassion A++ for them. Xray technicians great job as well. As for the doctor can't say much other than he needs to go back to school and learn about rib cartilage separation and trauma. I am far from a MD however I came to that conclusion and went for a 2nd opinion due to the "doctor"not being able to explain the popping noise that I and the nurse both heard before she administered my lidocaine patch and shot. Last time we were there it was great. Yesterday was terrible. My husband definitely needed admitted since his doctor told him to go there because he had fell 3 times but they sent him home. I thought this was a great hospital till yesterday.

The care that I was given at Ascension Saint Thomas Highlands was excellent. All the nurses and doctors on shift were very caring and tried to make sure I was taken care of in a very timely manner. I appreciate each one of them. The hospital was very busy at the time but I was still taken care of. Thank you White County.
