Everyone in the ER were professional and caring. My nurse, radiology, ultrasound and CT scan technicians went above and beyond what I expected. Dr Sickels was caring and explained what would be done upon my arrival and gave easy to understand explanation at the close of my visit. They all seemed to be there because they care and love what they do
Very professional and friendly staff! We were in and out within an hour even with a packed ER we were taken care of.
All staff were courteous and respectful. The doctor was very thorough in diagnosing my medical problem. I left with a treatment plan I was comfortable with and felt confident would address the problem.
Every staff member I met was absolutely terrific. I cannot remember all their names but it was a joy to have been taken such good care of.
I had an awesome experience in the ER! I am visiting from another city and needed to have chest pains checked out. Every single person I encountered, from the woman at the desk as I came in, to my nurse, to the PA, phlebotomist and x-ray tech, ALL treated me with the greatest care, were gracious and reassuring and treated me quickly.
