I had so much anxiety with what was going on with me and the 2 nurses who helped me were so incredibly sweet and reassuring. I literally was crying and they just reassured me that everything will be fine, figured out what the problem was very quickly, and how to fix it. They definitely eased my anxiety of hospital and doctors a bit. I wish I remembered their names but they were so helpful and kind.
While I did not choose where I was taken for my emergency situation, I will not be returning to mercy anytime soon. I was given pain meds and sent home. The doctor that was given my case was rude, unwelcoming and gave me no answers. The nurses I got help from were amazing. They were kind, helpful and had great bedside manner.
Went in for a work related injury. Was seen almost immediately. People were very nice. Mobile X-ray was a bonus. In and out in about an hour and a half. I would definitely go to their ER again over other hospitals in the immediate area.
