I previously posted this review but it hasn’t appeared on the page yet so I will censor my curse words and maybe that will help. 💁🏼♀️ I called for an emergency visit for my pet fancy rat (Fatboy) who suddenly had very labored breathing, wasn’t eating or drinking, and couldn’t keep his eyes open. Place doesn't like rats and expresses that to owners who brings in their dying pets. Shame. Can't be a good vet if they don't even love all animals.
Receptionist who expresses a disgust towards someone’s pet should never work in such a facility as this. I hope these messages are taken seriously because she really hurt someone deep when they brought their rat in who was dying. Her opinion of certain animals either needs to be kept to herself or she should be fired for her blatant hatred. This is a photo of a pet rat who goes to a vet who loves ALL animals. Learn this please!
