I've taken my beloved pup Stella here twice already. The first time, they did their absolute best to help her with her neck injury. The second time, we unfortunately had to put her down because nothing could really have been done for her. My pup's departure from this world had nothing to do with the vets failing her or whatever. Didn’t want to pay 1500 upfront so they immediately denied to help us.
Last week I called this location for some pet care advice, and a true angel from heaven guided me on how to tend to our little girl over the phone, which had a bad stomach infection, allthough we were already administering antibiotics, the recommemdation on a temporary food change made a world of a difference with our pets prompt recovery. All bad. Unprofessional. The only person who was kind and professional was the male working front desk. Had me wait 3 hours just to have my dog's eye checked for infection. Walked out. Will not return here. Will not recommend.
