I was picked-up by Emergency Ambulance Services on 12/15/23 from Stoneybrook University Hospital by Will and Deja. I am frequently transported to hospital due to many illnesses. The moment they arrived at my room they were friendly, kind, and extremely considerate of all my needs. They went out of their way to make me smile with the highest level of skill and reassurance during the drive to nursing home. Great job EAS for hiring good people.
Terrible company, 4 hr wait when it was a scheduled pickup!! Would never recommend or use !!!
I was taken home the other night (5/9/2023) from Stony Brook Hospital and I had such a great ride. The paramedics were very friendly and nice. The stretcher that I was laying on in the ambulance was very comfy. They wheeled me on it from inside the hospital all the way onto my front porch. I have autism and OCD by the way. Definitely recommend this ambulance company.
They did not show up as arranged. Worse, they did not call to notify anyone. Will not use again.
