I went to this place on Sunday for sharp stomach pains and constant nausea. They gave me morphine for the pain and said I was dehydrated. I received fluids and was sent on my way. They didn’t do an abdominal exam which was the whole reason for my visit. They refused to give me any scans. The NP told me no scans were needed. I went home after being there for 4-5 hours. Every employee I encountered here was AWESOME. Very caring and courteous. They were very attentive to me and I never felt like they had forgotten I was there. I pray everyone who helped me has a wonderful holiday.

I went due to a stomach bug. Food poisoning. Front desk lady super nice. When I went to the back. They had me sitting directly in front of the walk in area. I had nausea, vomiting and body pains. They gave me an IV and stomach fluids to help. Some staff had empathy. Most did NoT care. I felt uncomfortable being out in the open. I wanted to curl up in a ball. Not sure if the fact that I had no insurance had anything to do with it.
These people have no customer service skills. Called because I was feeling sick and the guy that answer was nasty rude and hung up on me.
