I like that it’s income based and easy to apply. I don’t like the teleprompter visits with doctors. It makes it so impersonal so I make it a point to see a face to face psychiatrist and stick to the same one. They call you to confirm you’re appointment the day before as a reminder which is coo. But sometimes they cancel your appointment and don’t call you. They also cancel your appointments a lot during the holidays starting in November. This is the problem with mental health services. You call and call around but cant get anyone to answer and when they do, like this place, they take your info, including social security number for insurance verification purposes, then say they will call you back with an appointment. After waiting a week you finally call to follow up on if they are going to schedule you, they keep you on hold for 30 minutes so you give up. This is a travesty for those who suffer with mental illnesses. What a shame.
