Dr.Wendy Lai is highly professional and very knowledgeable specialist in root canal treatments. I had a few root canals and gum infections. I was referred to Dr. Lai from my dentist. My 46 tooth was seriously infected ( gum pimple) that I had my root canals over 10 years ago. I had my 2nd root canal treatement with Dr. Lai. I was so afraid that my tooth cant be saved because I heard tooth thats going thru 2nd treatement it is most likely impossible. I was referred to Dr. Lai for a root canal re-assessment. She prescribed the proper antibiotics to help me get through a gnarly infection and laid out my options and the best course of actions. I already felt like we picked the best option but she called back a month later to check up on me and invited me back for a follow up check for complete peace of mind. Dr. Lai and her staff are consummate professionals. I hope I never have to do another root canal, but if I do I'll definitely be coming back here.
