Good installation and friendly sales but after sales support is lacking. Sent them an email to try and sort out an issue with my inverter showing 0 production and no response. Sent another asking for a battery quote and also no response.
The guy’s from emerge were great to deal with, Dara told me what i needed to know without trying to push me toward more expensive stuff. The installation team were in and out in under 4 hours and did a great job and even help me setup the app aswell. Will be reccomending them to friends for sure, Best price for a good job.
What a SCAM OF A COMPANY. No after service. Growatt Battery has an issue and red signal which upon installation was promised with amazing after service and they refused to pick up calls. DO NOT BUY.
Possibly the best PV supplier you can find on the market for Perth and WA, I am happy I made that choice amongst dozens of comparative quotations. I would like to convey a big thank you to Emerge Solar. Particularly, thank you Dara who went above and beyond all expectation and also Ayush for all the help and support received prior too, during, and after the installation of my new 6kw Goodwe Inverter, Jinko solar Panel installation which is currently working perfectly. Im extremely happy with my purchase which was competitively priced and the great service I received. I wouldn't hesitate to 100% recommend Emerge to anyone considering a solar panel installation.
