Not a member because no one returns my calls for a tour. I'm guessing it's an okay place, but I can't tell. I'm here for the value and 24 hours open access. One day I'll know for sure.
Very strict.
Nobody ever returns calls or answer phone when I'm trying to sign up for membership. I'm new in town and have no clue where else to go that's open 24 hours. There's no service desk so I can't walk in to get help.
