We have old metal heat ducts and it seems like something died in there :( Matt from Emerge came out and looked at our HVAC system. He was straight up with us about duct cleaning itself not being a service Emerge can offer since they don't have that equipment. He could have done more and charged us more, and we would have been none the wiser, but he put us first as customers. We really appreciate his honesty and expertise. We then went to the NADMA.com to find someone who could do the actual cleaning.
