I am writing this as a former patient of King Health Associates (now Emerge Clinic). I haven't seen a provider here since 2022 and yet at the end of 2023 I received a bill for services I already paid. I have called and messaged through their online portal countless times and received no response. In fact, their former practice manager couldn't even figure out the charges or get answers from their billing department. I was scheduled to see yet ANOTHER provider after my previous 3 quit/had-to-drop-me in just as many years, and I was just informed today my newest one quit again before I could even see them. It's obvious the issue is with one of the higher-ups for this to be happening, but rather than fix the problem, they chose to rename the clinic to try and bury the past. AVOID. This clinic is a nightmare. They used to be called King Health Assoc but changed their name, probably to escape the horrible reputation they have built. Turnover for providers is extremely high. My provider up and left, they scheduled me with a second, then a third, both of whom also up and left. They scheduled me for an appointment without me confirming it, and then charged me a no show fee when I didn't realize I was expected to show up for an appointment I had not made or confirmed. Incompetent, horribly irresponsible, liars. Don’t trust this clinic - your care team will abandon you monthly. Horrid lack of support. Don’t even bother.

This is the most incompetent facility in the county. Dangerous individuals running the clinic, and an office staff that should be prosecuted and charged along with the clinic office manager. They need to be reported to the state attorney general for their malpractice.
