Disappointing. The Person who answers the calls was very discouraging... I'll leave it at that. Better training is needed. I hope the Women are treated well here.
Not happy, i asked for some housing help I was in a domestic violence issue and am homeless but they still won't help me!
I don't know how to feel about these services. Anytime I needed shelter they claimed they had absolutely no safe space for my child and I while not understanding the ins and outs of the family case I was dealing with. That's about it.
