Made an appointment six months ago for a cleaning and to look at my tooth that had been aching. Waiting in the chair for 30 minutes and the Dentist came in to check my tooth, but instead of a cleaning afterwards they took me out to billing. They had billed the wrong insurance without ever asking. I gave them new insurance info and they asked me to wait in the office while they ran it and redid the billing. Okay folks, I do not go to doctors or dentists, but in this case I decided to go. I am so happy that I found Emerald West Dental. They are absolutely what the experience should be. So friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt. My entire visit was under an hour. Incredible. It is obvious they actually care about people. I despise dental work! BUT I am thrilled with Emerald West! I started Invisalign a while back and have had such a great experience with Dr Hess and Bailey! Recently got a cleaning too and it was so gentle and the hygienist was so comforting and gentle. So so so happy to have a dental office I trust and feel comfy at despite dental anxiety!
Love the staff and care my family gets at Emerald West Dental. Have been going here for 22 years now and never mind going to the dentist… I highly recommend them! PS - Thank you for seeing me right away to figure out what was bothering my tooth and fixing it! I so appreciate you all!
