Sadly, after 4 years we are leaving this practice. They have suddenly decided to stop accommodating my intellectually disabled adult child's comfort needs and are denying her the prescription they have given her for 4 years that enables her to get into the dental chair without extreme meltdowns. The new office staff, Erica, was quite rude to me about it and the dentist himself refused to discuss this change with me. ​I had a deep cleaning done recently, and I cannot recommend this office—and specifically Rianna—highly enough. Like many people, I experience real dental anxiety, but Rianna was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. Went in February, asked for 2 new fillings to some that fell out. They have charged my account twice for the same amount that was paid in full in April. I dont know who is in charge of billing but they are either hoping we pay it twice without realizing or not being careful of the accounts they keep. We will not be coming back.
