I despise dental work! BUT I am thrilled with Emerald West! I started Invisalign a while back and have had such a great experience with Dr Hess and Bailey! Recently got a cleaning too and it was so gentle and the hygienist was so comforting and gentle. So so so happy to have a dental office I trust and feel comfy at despite dental anxiety!
Love the staff and care my family gets at Emerald West Dental. Have been going here for 22 years now and never mind going to the dentist… I highly recommend them! PS - Thank you for seeing me right away to figure out what was bothering my tooth and fixing it! I so appreciate you all!
Dr. Higginson is wonderful. I've referred my daughter and she now sees him also. I had a horrible dentist growing up. Mom and I regularly discuss how awful he was. It has scarred my experience of going to the dentist for any kind of procedure other than a general cleaning. I recently had to have minor work done and it is a terribly scary ordeal for me. Got me in this morning with no prior appointment as a new patient with a tooth emergency. Needed an emergency root canal and my needs were addressed right away. I seriously can’t thank you all enough!! Thank you Dr. Hess and your team. Thank you to the woman who took my call and probably could hear my pain and desperation! True empathy from start to finish. We will be coming here from now on.
