I had a deep cleaning done recently, and I cannot recommend this office—and specifically Rianna—highly enough. Like many people, I experience real dental anxiety, but Rianna was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and attentive throughout the entire procedure. Awesome experience! No pain (I slept through it -- comfy chairs)
Went in February, asked for 2 new fillings to some that fell out. They have charged my account twice for the same amount that was paid in full in April. I dont know who is in charge of billing but they are either hoping we pay it twice without realizing or not being careful of the accounts they keep. We will not be coming back.
Chad is very nice and accommodating. The bad rating is for Cecilia. Poor phone etiquette and manners. I don't appreciate her disrespectful tone. It's not a way to treat patients. I understand it's Monday however, you didn't have to be so crass and rush me off of the phone. Please readjust your attitude and behavior. Thank you.
